Dr. Iman Hamour is an Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplantation and Artificial Heart Device Specialist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to moving to the United Arab Emirates Dr Iman Hamour worked at The Royal Brompton and Harefield (RBHT) NHS Foundation Trust. The first and largest transplant center in London, United Kingdom. She has over 15 years experience in managing patients with advanced heart failure, artificial short and long-term cardiac assist devices, and cardiothoracic transplantation. Dr Iman Hamour has extensive knowledge of transplant immunology and was awarded a Diploma in Heart Transplantation from Imperial College London as well as Doctor of Medicine in Cardiac Transplantation Research (MD Res) from University College London (UCL), UK. She is a Collegiate Member of the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), UK and an Adjunct Assistant Professor United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Dr Iman Hamour is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London (FRCP) and the Heart Failure Society of America (FHFSA), British Cardiac Society (BCS) and the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT). She is an integral member of the Emirates Cardiac Society Heart Failure (ECS-HF) working group She is a fellow as well as an abstract reviewer for the Heart Failure Association of the European Society of Cardiology (HFA of ESC). Dr Iman Hamour is a Co-investigator in numerous multi-national research projects and has participated in many international conferences and has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals.
