Ziad Sadik is a Senior Pharmacotherapy Specialist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011 from the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. He then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Ziad is board certified in cardiology pharmacotherapy, as well as certified in Epic – Willow Inpatient, and is currently doing his executive masters in health administration at Cornell University, New York. His interests include anticoagulation management, cardiovascular risk reduction, formulary management as well as optimization of medication records in computerized physician order entry (CPOE) systems.
