Dr. Chaudhary is a Consultant Cardiologist in Advanced Heart Failure and Echocardiography at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSH&RC), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since 2015. He is the Medical Director of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program and the Director of the Non-invasive Lab at KFSH&RC-Jeddah. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at the King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah in 2005, Dr. Chaudhary trained in Internal Medicine at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada, followed by fellowships in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He is American Board of Internal Medicine certified in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Chaudhary's research and clinical interests span HFrEF, HFpEF, cardiac amyloidosis, and end-stage heart failure. He has authored or co-authored several publications including the Saudi Arabian Heart Failure Guidelines. He was the scientific chair of the Saudi Heart Failure Symposium in 2018, was the site Co-PI for the multinational TRANSITION Trial and the site PI for the recently published DELIVER trial.
